AC Corporation understands the versatility of Casing Panels. From the building of insulated penthouse enclosures to Panel ductwork, our panels and expertise of working with them can assist you in multiple ways. Panels are formed in place with a high-pressure injection system meeting Class 1 specifications for polyurethane foam. Stainless steel galvanized and aluminum skins are available. Standard thickness panels are 2”, 3” and 4”. Custom thickness panels available.
AC Corporation offers custom manufactured air cooled, tube in shell as well as barometric condensers. We work with our clients to review their needs and provide the condenser sized to fit their requirements. All of our condensers can be built to incorporate heat recovery in order to maximize energy conservation.
AC Corporation was providing the engineering and design of heat reclamation systems before the words, “energy conservation,” became fashionable. With the increased interest brought on by higher energy prices, an even larger part of our design capabilities is devoted to this most important area of system design. AC Corporation can survey any operation and prepare a feasibility study on the potential energy savings, then design, manufacture, and install the system required to realize the indicated design objectives.

AC Corporation can fabricate platforms or structural support systems for cooling towers and other purchased equipment. Systems may include ladders, handrails and steps or catwalk assemblies. Systems are designed to meet or exceed OSHA requirements.
