AC Corporation Controls Department provides complete design, installation, documentation, and maintenance services of Building Automation/Building Management Systems (BAS/BMS). Our Tridium Control Systems are commonly used in commercial and industrial facilities for Web and PC based Control Systems. Our knowledge and expertise will help you choose the best Tridium JACE Open Protocol BAS/BMS system for your facility. Energy savings and comfort are realized with proper installation and programming. While other brands do offer Tridium products, AC Corporation is capable of not only providing the Tridium Niagara Platform, but also total installation, service, and maintenance. This includes the installation of conduits, wiring, terminations for our controls, control panel design & installation, end device and instrumentation installation. We work directly with facility managers, engineers, and technicians to design custom control systems that are not proprietary.

In addition to the BAS/BMS controls, we also provide control of industrial AC Corporation Built-Up Custom HVAC Units using Allen Bradley PLC. The PLC is an industrial grade digital controller that is very robust and designed to provide control of industrial applications for manufacturing processes. It is capable of high speed networking and operating in industrial environments. The PLC can integrate with a Human/Machine Interface (HMI) panel, creating a compact, easy-to-use automation solution for programming. These are extremely expensive and not practical for most HVAC control systems. However, many of our customers use these on their process controls and insist we use them on their HVAC units since it will interface readily with their entire plant control system.
